Footin’ For Animals at Blandy Farm, VA
Join us for Footin' for Animals, a fundraiser for the NHES-operated animal rescue, The Briggs Animal Adoption Center! This annual, pet-friendly, walk/run will take place at the scenic Blandy Farm in Boyce, VA, which is also the location of the Virginia State Arboretum. “Teaching Kindness” Humane Education Workshop
Staff and volunteers of animal welfare organizations are invited to attend a 2-hour humane education training workshop at the NHES Campus November 4th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Attendees will tour the progressive Briggs Animal Adoption Center on location and learn practical methods to engage youth in humane education learning activities.
